Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) to join our nationwide teletherapy practice for older adults. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and build from there, with the freedom to tailor your workload and schedule.

Work from home with dedicated clinical leads and admin support. We offer competitive per‑session pay, with W2 roles including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Washington.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
