Sailor Health is a nationwide, fully remote mental health practice delivering therapy to older adults. We handle administration and scheduling, so clinicians focus on delivering evidenced-based psychotherapy from home.

We offer flexible, fee-for-service roles with option for 1099 or W2, full and part-time schedules, and a supportive clinical team, with dedicated leads and real-time admin support to help you grow your caseload.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active independent clinical license in the U.S.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiar with Medicare billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
