Sailor Health is a nationwide, fully remote teletherapy practice focused on older adults. We provide caseload support, admin handling, and a collaborative clinical community to help you thrive from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2), with strong clinical leadership and modern telehealth tools.

Competenze

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Licensed in Kansas.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using our EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
