Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to deliver virtual psychotherapy to older adults across all 50 states. Start with 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow your caseload with robust clinical support, a dedicated clinical lead, and real-time admin assistance.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in New Hampshire
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
