Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual therapy practice focused on older adults. We provide caseload support, admin assistance, and a collaborative clinical community, all from home, with flexible schedules and fee-for-service opportunities.

We offer 1099 and W2 options, 15–25 hours to start, and full clinical and scheduling support, including a dedicated clinical lead, real-time admin help, and a strong referral pipeline across all 50 states.

Competenze

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Maryland
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
