Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle the administrative work, and surround you with the clinical community you need to thrive — all from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in a relevant field.
• Licensed in Louisiana.
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHRs.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults virtually.
• Design personalized treatment plans.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation with EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
