Job summary

Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults, seeks licensed therapists to provide psychotherapy from home.

You’ll be supported by care navigators, a dedicated clinical lead, and real-time admin help; no marketing or referrals chasing required.

You can choose part-time or full-time, 7 days a week availability, with 1099 or W2 options and flexible, fee-for-service arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Massachusetts
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
