Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed independent therapists to provide fully remote teletherapy for older adults. You will set your own schedule across a nationwide client base, with administrative support and clinical leadership to back you up.

We offer part-time and full-time roles (1099 or W2), starting at 15–25 hours per week, plus AI documentation tools, paid CEUs, and benefits for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent clinician (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC) and CT licensure.
• Experience with older adults in therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults virtually.
• Design personalized treatment plans.
• Document with EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
