Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting independently licensed therapists to join our nationwide remote telehealth practice serving older adults.

We provide a ready caseload, admin support, and a clinical community to thrive in, with AI documentation tools to reduce paperwork. We offer part-time and full-time roles on 1099 or W2 terms, starting at 15 or 25 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license and Kansas licensure.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in virtual settings.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
