Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed independent clinicians to join a fully remote telehealth team serving older adults nationwide. You’ll set your own schedule, receive dedicated clinical leads, and benefit from real-time admin support and a supportive care network.

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis (1099) or W2 with benefits for 25+ hours/week, including health insurance and a 401(k) with employer matching. No on-call or evenings required.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
