Job summary

Sailor Health is a fully remote outpatient clinic providing Medicare-covered therapy to seniors, with dedicated clinical leadership and a supportive admin team. Clinicians can choose 15–25 hours per week on a 1099 or W2 basis, building a caseload without marketing or referrals.

We offer flexible scheduling across 7 days, real-time admin support, and growth through free CEUs, geriatric-focused training, and supervision.

Qualifications

• APA-accredited psychology program or equivalent
• Active independent license to practice psychology in Virginia
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings
