Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide, fully remote psychology practice focused on enhancing mental healthcare for older adults. We support you with a dedicated clinical lead, admin help, and a collaborative community so you can focus on therapy.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules (starting at 15 hours/week), competitive per-session pay, and benefits for eligible W2 staff, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Connecticut.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
