Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice delivering geriatric mental healthcare from the comfort of home. We provide full caseload support, admin assistance, and a supportive clinical community to help psychologists thrive in telehealth.

We offer part-time and full-time roles as licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, with flexible hours starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2). Starting hours can expand over time.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Arkansas
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings
