Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to provide remote psychotherapy for older adults. You will work in a supportive telehealth team with real-time clinical leadership and admin assistance, handling a caseload from home.

We offer flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules (1099 or W2), no on‑call, and opportunities for CEUs, with access to modern telehealth tools and AI documentation to streamline care.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
