Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists for fully remote, fee-for-service positions. We provide caseload, administrative support, and a collaborative clinical community to help you thrive from home.

We serve older adults nationwide with Medicare-covered therapy, dedicated care navigation, and strong referral pipelines. Part-time and full-time options with flexible scheduling and 1099 or W2 arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA‑accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Utah.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
