Job summary

Sailor Health is expanding a nationwide telehealth practice for psychologists to support older adults from home. We handle scheduling and admin, enabling you to focus on clinical care with a real team behind you.

We offer part-time and full-time options on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 and W2 tracks. Start at 15–25 hours per week and build from there, in a fully remote setup with robust clinical support.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active license to practice psychology in Utah.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR/AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
