Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide remote practice hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide psychotherapy for older adults via telehealth. You will operate within a supportive clinical team with integrated administrative back-up to ensure clinical focus.

We offer flexible part- or full-time schedules, with 1099 or W2 options, no on-call requirements, and competitive per-session pay. Tools for AI documentation support your workflow while you build a full caseload from home.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Kentucky.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
