Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to provide teletherapy to older adults from a fully remote setting.

Clinicians will set a flexible schedule with options for part-time or full-time, and will receive support to manage caseloads without marketing concerns. We offer dedicated clinical leadership, real-time admin support, and access to AI documentation tools, ensuring clinicians focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Wyoming
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
