Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed clinical psychologists for a nationwide remote telehealth practice focused on older adults. Clinicians set flexible schedules with 7 days a week access, starting at 15–25 hours per week (1099 or W2) and building from there.

We provide a dedicated clinical lead, admin support, and a collaborative care team, with no marketing or patient chasing. Full caseloads develop within weeks, with comprehensive benefits for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Arkansas.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records; Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team.
• Manage documentation using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
