Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide teletherapy to older adults nationwide. We cover caseloads, handle administration, and offer a supportive clinical community to help you thrive from home.

Fully remote roles with flexible hours, starting at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2). No marketing or referrals required, with AI documentation tools to streamline care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) required.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Massachusetts preferred.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations highly desired.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
