Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is expanding its nationwide remote psychology practice, offering licensed clinical psychologists the flexibility to set schedules and build caseloads from home.

We provide full administrative support, a dedicated clinical lead, and a supportive team to help you thrive in telehealth with older adult clients. Positions are available part-time and full-time on a fee-for-service or W2 basis, with 1099 and 25+ hours/week options.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Utah.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
