Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to join our fully remote teletherapy team serving older adults. We fill your caseload, handle admin, and provide clinical leadership and care navigation so you can focus on patients.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with flexible scheduling seven days a week, and enjoy dedicated support, paid CEUs, and competitive per-session compensation in a home-based practice.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent psychology license in California.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus; we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
