Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed psychologists to provide virtual therapy for older adults across the United States. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options, and a supportive clinical team to back you up.

You’ll deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, create individualized treatment plans, and document care using our EMR and AI tools. Expect paid case consultations and a collaborative, clinician-forward culture from home.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Louisiana.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
