Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Training Specialist to deliver hands-on, scenario-based end-user training across enterprise units. You will work with SMEs to convert content into structured agendas and ensure readiness of training environments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of enterprise software training experience, strong facilitation skills, and familiarity with SCORM/LMS; Articulate Storyline is a plus. This contract role offers remote work options and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user training on enterprise software/CX platforms.
• Experience delivering interactive, scenario-based training using adult-learning principles.
• Familiarity with SCORM/LMS; Articulate Storyline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, scenario-based end-user training for Genesys Cloud CX and WFM across multiple business units.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions with a hands-on, guided practice approach.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert content into structured training agendas.
• Validate training environment readiness before each session.
• Track attendance, feedback, assessment completion, and training progress; report to program lead.
• Develop and maintain SCORM/LMS-based training content; support Storyline materials.
• Create user-facing job aids and guides for end users.
• Support Train-the-Trainer sessions for LOB Change Champions.
• Identify and raise training readiness risks related to environment, content, and pacing.
• Adjust training approach based on engagement and feedback.
