Job summary

Miratech seeks a Genesys Cloud CX Training Specialist to deliver hands-on, scenario-based end-user training across multiple business units. You will facilitate sessions, ensure environment readiness, and collaborate with SMEs to build structured agendas and job aids.

Your background includes 3+ years in enterprise software training, strong facilitation and communication skills, and familiarity with SCORM/LMS content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering end‑user training on enterprise software and CX platforms.
• Experience delivering interactive, scenario‑based training using adult‑learning principles.
• Experience developing or delivering SCORM/LMS‑based training content; Articulate Storyline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, scenario‑based end‑user training for Genesys Cloud CX and WFM across multiple business units.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions with guided practice and real‑world scenarios.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert content into structured training agendas.
• Validate training readiness of environments and configurations ahead of sessions.
• Track attendance, feedback, and progress; report to program leadership.
• Support SCORM/LMS content development and user‑facing job aids.
