Job summary

Light & Wonder in Kansas is seeking an Account Manager to manage and sell Table Games and ETGs to licensed casino operators in a hybrid remote-capable role. You will maintain relationships with existing accounts, present solutions, and drive revenue while ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in Table Games/ETGs, a bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Travel to customer sites and industry events is expected.

Qualifications

• More than three years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Table Games and ETGs within the gaming industry.
• Understanding of Table Games and ETGs technology and operational nuances.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of Table Games and ETGs product lines and their application within the casino marketplace.
• Prepares and delivers sales presentations focused on Table Games and ETGs to new and existing customers at trade meetings and on-site visits.
• Identifies customer requirements and demonstrates how products will enhance casino operations.
• Maintains updated account listings and call sheets for Table Games and ETGs customers.
• Collects credit history information, quotes customers based on approved pricing, and prepares contracts and orders.
• Provides estimated delivery dates and keeps customers informed of delivery issues.
• Generates regular forecast reports and identifies major sales opportunities.
