Job summary

Hazel Health offers a part-time virtual therapy role dedicated to expanding access to pediatric mental health services. Clinicians can set their own availability while benefiting from referrals, credentialing support, and biweekly payroll.

You will provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students, collaborate with families and school staff, and maintain thorough clinical documentation in a secure telehealth environment. This role emphasizes flexible, impact-driven care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is required.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk following safety protocols.
