S.E. Combined Services of Florida is seeking a driven sales professional to generate leads, present funeral and pre-need services, and close qualified opportunities in the Pharr, TX area.

You will prospect, educate families, and guide them through complex choices with empathy, while meeting monthly revenue targets and supporting aftercare relationships. Responsibilities cover field outreach, CRM follow-up, contract processing, and collaboration with management to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Licensing as required by state (Funeral Directors License or Life Insurance license) with company support to obtain where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota and present services to consumers.
• Guide families through cemetery grounds, listen to needs, and discuss options.
• Develop understanding of family needs and offer solutions; promote service excellence.
• Complete contracts accurately and walk families through final documents.
• Self-initiate leads in the community; prospect at least 50% of workday via events, door-knocking, seminars.
• Maintain activity in CRM; schedule sales appointments; obtain referrals from aftercare visits.
• Build professional relationships with families; support them during times of grief; assist with aftercare.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and share family concerns.
