Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a dynamic sales professional in the United States to drive revenue for pre-need and at-need services. You will build relationships within local communities, present planning guides via PowerPoint, and convert leads into appointments with sensitivity and service excellence.

You will work from home with opportunities to meet families at events or seminars, following up for referrals and maintaining detailed CRM records to optimize performance and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Funereal Directors License where required by state law; company will support licensing.
• Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support licensing.
• CRM systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue quota and meet targets.
• Present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide via PowerPoint to educate consumers.
• Develop relationships within the community to generate qualified leads.
• Prospect at events, door knocking, or seminars to obtain referrals.
• Walk families through contracts and finalize details; ensure service excellence.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries; maintain CRM records.
