Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends and build relationships in the community.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for attaining or exceeding monthly sales revenue quota and presenting funeral planning options.
• Self-initiates leads through community events and referrals; schedules sales appointments.
• Guides families through cemetery grounds, documents contracts, and provides post-sale support.
• Collaborates with management and staff to improve processes and service delivery.
