Job summary

S.E. Combined Services of Florida is seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to assist client families with funeral and pre-need arrangements.

You will generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive revenue while coordinating with funeral directors and location staff to provide compassionate, accurate service. Ideal candidates have strong communication, proven sales or customer-service experience, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of college or an equivalent education and experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current state drivers license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through prospecting and referrals, estimating 12 hours daily.
• Build relationships with families, respond to inquiries with empathy, and coordinate appointments.
• Collaborate with team members (funeral directors, location managers) to deliver high-quality service.
• Prepare for appointments and document activities to track productivity.
• Educate families on pre-planning benefits and obtain referrals when appropriate.
