Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• License requirements vary by state; company supports obtaining licensing (Funeral Directors License where required; Life Insurance license where required).
• Sales experience preferred; industry experience a plus; CRM experience a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota by presenting the Personal Planning Guide to consumers and informing them of services and products.
• Guide prospective families through cemetery grounds or mausoleum options, listening to needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Complete contracts accurately, follow up on documents and questions, and walk families through final agreements.
• Self-initiate leads through community and networking events, maintain CRM activity, and schedule sales appointments.
