Job summary

SCI in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a dynamic sales associate to drive monthly revenue for funeral and pre-need services. You will develop community relationships, present planning guides to families, and close contracts with superior service.

You will follow up leads from marketing campaigns, schedule appointments, and work evenings and weekends. Prior CRM experience and license requirements vary by state, with company support for licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Funeral Director's License where required by state law.
• Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support licensing.
• Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota and present pre-need services to consumers.
• Tour families through cemetery grounds and discuss options; tailor solutions to needs.
• Complete contracts accurately and follow up on documents and questions.
• Self-initiate leads throughout the community, build relationships, and track activity in CRM.
• Schedule sales appointments and prepare materials for appointments.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with families and provide service beyond expectations.
