The role requires adaptability to schedules, strong communication, and a willingness to travel locally to multiple locations. Prior CRM experience is a plus and bilingual skills are welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Sales experience or 1-2 years in the industry is a plus.
• CRM experience is a plus; proficiency helps in tracking outreach.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: network, build referrals, and conduct presentations to families served and referred families.
• Build relationships with families: respond to inquiries, understand needs, and provide solutions.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
• Work hours can extend beyond standard hours; flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Travel locally to multiple locations as required.
