Velora is a remote-first company formed from Aplos, Keela, and Raisely, delivering fundraising-focused implementations across Keela and Raisely. You will onboard new customers, configure donation forms, campaigns, and migrate donor data to ensure successful go-lives.

You will build trusted relationships, support Success, Sales, and Product, and help customers adopt best fundraising practices. This role offers growth in nonprofit fundraising workflows and works with a distributed team.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, and/or fundraising operations.

Mansioni

• Work with multiple customers (40+) simultaneously to successfully manage and implement new clients and their data across Keela and Raisely.
