Velora is unifying Keela, Raisely, and Keela to help nonprofits thrive. This role delivers fundraising-focused implementations across both Keela and Raisely, supporting customers through onboarding, form launches, data migrations, and campaign setup.

You’ll build relationships, share best practices, and collaborate with Success, Sales, and Product to improve the customer experience. A great entry into nonprofit tech.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, and/or fundraising operations.
• Experience supporting fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs) is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, with data manipulation and reporting.
• Outstanding customer service and value creation mindset.
• Strong multitasking and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage 40+ customers simultaneously across Keela and Raisely.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Keela and Raisely and keep current on features.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations (donation forms, campaigns, etc.).
• Migrate and validate donor contacts and donations data.
• Provide configuration, training, and consulting to ensure go-live success.
• Deliver project management, consulting, and leadership to meet deadlines.
• Act as liaison between customers and product teams to improve UX.
