CONTACT Care Line is seeking remote Crisis Counselors to provide compassionate support via chat, text, and phone for individuals in emotional distress. You will assess suicide risk, document interactions, and follow safety plans while adhering to clinical and operational protocols.

This full-time role requires strict adherence to shift coverage, including weekend work, and participation in ongoing training to ensure high-quality, confidential support for callers and visitors across all channels.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health or crisis intervention.
• Proficient with web-based applications and basic troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to 988 chat, text, and phone interactions promptly and compassionately.
• Assess and mitigate suicide risk using established protocols and safety planning.
• Deliver emotional support via active listening and de-escalation techniques.
• Document interactions accurately within organizational procedures.
• Maintain SBAR communications for escalated cases and follow reporting requirements.
• Engage in training and supervision sessions across chat and phone modalities.
