AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services.

This US-based role offers remote-friendly, contract-to-hire opportunities and collaboration with product, QA, and design in an Agile environment. You will work on AI/LLM-adjacent codebases, handle sensitive data, and partner with global teams to deliver modern, reliable software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Strong ownership and communication skills.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
