Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. You’ll contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases, handle sensitive data, and collaborate with product, QA, and design in an Agile environment.

This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in full-stack development, strong frontend or backend

Qualifications

• Proficient full-stack development with frontend/back-end balance.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases or LLM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work with regulated data such as healthcare or fintech.
