Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform, utilizing React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. You will work with AI and LLM-adjacent codebases and handle regulated data in an Agile, collaboration-heavy environment.

This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in remote collaboration tools: GitHub, Slack, JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with regulated data (healthcare/fintech) with high data sensitivity.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design in an Agile environment.
