Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features on a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services.

You will contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to solving complex engineering problems.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated data (healthcare/fintech).
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
