AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. You will work with AI/ML-adjacent codebases and sensitive data in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases.
• Experience with regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend.
• Develop backend services with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design in Agile.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work on systems handling sensitive data.
