AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You will collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment and contribute to AI/ML-adjacent codebases.

This US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire role is ideal for engineers who value ownership, strong communication, and delivering high-quality software on regulated data.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases.
• Experience handling regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
