AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features for a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You will work on AI/LLM-adjacent codebases while handling sensitive healthcare data in an Agile environment.

The role is US-based and remote-friendly, offering a contract-to-hire path for high-performing engineers. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience in full-stack development and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech preferred).
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Excellent communication and attention to software quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features frontend with React/Next.js/TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases and regulated data workflows.
• Collaborate with product, QA, design in an Agile environment.
• Support a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire engagement.
