AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features for a production healthcare platform.

You will work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services, contributing to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases in an Agile environment. You will join a US-based, remote-friendly team with a focus on high-quality software and collaboration across product, QA, and design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience is required.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases (LLM/agent systems) is a plus.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js and PostgreSQL with RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with sensitive healthcare data in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams.
