AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features for a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

You will contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases and collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. The role is US-based and remote-friendly, offering contract-to-hire opportunities for high-performing engineers who can work with sensitive healthcare data and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js
• Experience building backend services with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AI/ML-adjacent codebases and LLM tooling
• Experience working with or on regulated data (healthcare/fintech preferred)
• Strong ownership and software quality mindset
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
