Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features on a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services.

You will contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases while working with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases or LLM/agent systems.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data (e.g., healthcare/fintech) is preferred.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with product, QA, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems handling sensitive healthcare data.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile setting.
