Job summary

AgileEngine, a US-based company, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You will work on AI and LLM-adjacent codebases while handling sensitive regulated data in an Agile environment.

This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire role. You will collaborate with product, QA, and design teams, contribute to modern projects, and grow with mentorship and learning

Qualifications

4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data.
Upper-intermediate English level and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Develop backend services and RPC-based architectures.
Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
Work with regulated healthcare data.
Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
