AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. This US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire role offers collaboration with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.

You'll work on AI/LLM-adjacent codebases, handle sensitive data, and contribute to modern architectures with RPC-based services, enjoying growth, mentorship, and a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) is a plus.
• Strong ownership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and software quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
