Job summary

AgileEngine, a leading software firm, seeks a Full Stack Engineer to build features for a healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. This US-based, remote-friendly role focuses on AI/LLM-adjacent codebases and collaboration with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile setup.

You will work on systems with sensitive data, maintain high software quality, and own end-to-end features from frontend to backend.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data, such as healthcare or fintech, is a plus.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; no visa sponsorship available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
